Credits purchased on JomPlan are non-refundable but never expire. Each travel plan generation costs 100 credits. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content generated by JomPlan, including itineraries, is provided for personal use only. The AI-generated content is based on publicly available information and should be verified before use.

JomPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
